Payment Methods

amano offers you various payment methods - we offer all payment methods in all our delivery countries. The entire payment process is encrypted and secure. Credits or chargebacks are made using the same payment method that was used for the original payment.

PayPal

Choose the PayPal payment method during the ordering process, you will then be redirected to the PayPal website. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can open an account during the payment process. For more information, please visit www.paypal.com.

credit card

We accept Visa and Mastercard (Eurocard). At the end of the ordering process, please enter your card number, the expiry date and the security number on the back of your credit card. The verification number consists of the last three digits of the number in the signature field.
We do not store your credit card details.

payment in advance

We must receive payment within 5 days of successfully placing the order. If the payment does not reach us on time, amano is entitled to cancel the order. Any transfer costs and bank charges are to be borne by you. Your order will be shipped after receipt of your payment.

Please always state the order number as reference - you will find this in the order confirmation that you will receive by e-mail.
Please note that some banks may charge separate transfer fees for transactions from abroad. This is completely independent of amano and must be clarified with the respective bank.
