Right of withdrawal
If you don't like something, you can easily return or exchange it within 30 days.
We will enclose a return slip with your order. If you want to revoke the contract, i.e. want to return items, you can simply send the relevant items back to us together with the completed return form within 30 days.
You order without risk
For returns from Germany and Austria, we will be happy to provide you with a pre-franked DHL parcel sticker free of charge, which you can print out yourself. Motel a Miio will bear the costs for you for returns from Germany and Austria!Alternatively, you can also cancel the order in any other way, e.g. using the model cancellation form provided by the legislator. You will find this after the cancellation policy.
Consumers have the following statutory right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods. The right of cancellation does not apply to consumers who do not belong to a member state of the European Union at the time the contract is concluded and whose sole place of residence and delivery address is not theirs are outside the European Union at the time the contract is concluded.
Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this contract, we will have paid you all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract.For this repayment we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless because something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment.
We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier point in time .
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to a to check the nature, properties and functionality of the goods is due to the handling of them that is not necessary.
